Beautiful travel trailer in great condition with tons of extras for sale. We bought this new in Feb 2015 and are only selling because the kids are going off to college with all of our money. It has 28 feet of living space and is 32'4" from hitch to bumper. Dry weight is 6,527 lbs with a payload capacity of 3,168 lbs, a hitch weight of 849 lbs, allowing it to be towed by a 1/2 ton pick up. The tow hitch, sway bar, and weight distribution bars are included (several hundred dollars in that alone). It sleeps 9 comfortably with a front queen sized bedroom with a sliding door, rear oversized twin bunks, a fold out sleeper couch and an 83" U shaped dinette that converts to a bed. The interior has more than ample storage space and the exterior has front pass thru storage as well as a large storage area in the back. There is also a power "mega slide" on the right that extends the couch and dinette for extra living space. It comes with two tvs, two dvd players, a cd/am/fm stereo with interior and exterior speakers, The unit has an antenna and is also fully wired for cable. The oversized awning is electric (automatic) and so is the front hitch jack. So no more cranking by hand. The fridge and water heater run off of electric or propane. The water heater has a bypass for ease of winterizing. The underbelly is heated, enclosed and insulated to allow for winter camping. It has a ducted 34,000 BTU Furnace as well as a ducted 13,500 BTU roof mounted air conditioner. The black water tank is 52 gallons, while the fresh and gray water tanks are 42 gallons each. The interior ceilings are 82" in height with a skylight in the center, and the cabinets are distressed maple. The exterior boasts a spray port in the rear to hose off before entering the camper, and a San T Flush system to easily clean out the black water tank. Extras include an 8 man Coleman tent and a 3 man instant tent, extra long cable wires, a fresh water hose and water filter, a water pressure regulator, two sewer hoses with rear bumper storage, a side winder holder for the sewer hose, a 25 gallon portable waste tank with all connections, oversized detachable 30 amp electric chord and surge protector. Everything you need to go camping tonight is included with this trailer. I have all manuals, original paperwork and keys for the trailer. Asking $17,900 OBO.
