Purchased new in June 2015. Great little trailer, easy to pull. No pets, no smoking, like new. My wife and I used it twice, pulled less than 4000 miles. Price includes 30w/15w electrical, sewer and water hoses, and other. It's ready to go with no issues. Selling to go overseas. I also have a 2001 Ford 7.3 liter diesel excursion limited if you need a great pull vehicle, for sale separately.
