Here it is, the pictures do most of the justice. Pulls nice, had good tires. Let me know what questions you have. Obviously it would look real nice with a polish. AC blows cold. Radio sounds good. The couch is comfortable, actually the beds in this are better than our brand new Salem. It comes with a 2inch weight distribution system. Its a time capsule and the interior is in excellent condition. Call me with questions by clicking on contact information. Floor is solid, no rott, Original owner history included, it was purchased in CA by a Californian, then it lived in Nevada for several years then Arizona. The undercarriage is in excellent condition as well. Overall this is a pretty nice unit. It has not been abused by the elements.

We did all the shopping & research for the best 30ft trailer that can be towed with a 1/2 Ton truck (have a Nissan Titan). We went to 5 different dealerships looking at Cougar's, Kodiak's, etc. Found that Forest River (a Berkshire Hathaway Co) makes the best product. This FR Heritage Glen line is the MOST luxurious with the most comfortable furniture of anything we looked at.We needed a trailer to camp this summer in Tahoe with so we bought this brand new from the dealership in May so it still has full warranty thru next May. We are back to work and just won't have the time to use it.
