Power: awning, 4 jacks, and hitch.Extra two scissor jackes at axle welded to the frame for added stability. Heat, a/c, fridge, oven and cook top, large dining/living room slide out, flat screen television with 2 interior mounting locations and one exterior mounting location, outside shower, attached swing grill, vent shades, day/night shades, queen size master, 4 bunks in the bunk room, dining area drops to Queen bed and couch converts to Queen bed (sleeps 10!). Very well maintained!!Willing to throw in weight distribution bars, anti-sway control and ball hitch for your truck. I'very done many extra things to this camper and sad to see it go...
