2006 Outback Sydney 31RQS- This trailer is a great choice for people with larger families especially if you take your children or grandchildren camping with you. It sleeps 10 people comfortably, has four rear bunks with an area to place a TV plus an entertainment console in the living room with space for large TV, DVD, Xbox etc. Glass shower in great condition with 6 gallon hot water heater that runs from electricity or LP gas. There are two 30 gallon LP tanks, cable/antenna hook-ups in front, center and rear of trailer. Master bedroom is spacious with a door for privacy. I added an inverter for dry camping to run 110v from the battery. Everything on this camper works. The waste tanks have been treated and flushed properly and maintained well. The carpet has been steam cleaned, and the beds come with matching sheets, pillows, and pillow cases. I put four new tires on it one year ago and have pulled the trailer around 1,000 miles since then. The only issue with the trailer is that it has delamination on the front cap, but other than cosmetic has caused no problems. NADA average retail for this trailer is 14,015.00$, low retail is 11,620.00$. Priced to sell.
