First off this trailer has an "R" title so if that is an issue then I'm sorry. If you want an excellent camper at a very reasonable price and that doesn't bother you please read on.It is for real and we are getting a larger one so would like to sell it now.Has been winterized and ready for storage. Excellent Bunkhouse trailer for the money! It is a 2012 Jayco 29' 264BH Travel trailer. This trailer is in excellent condition inside and only minor flaws on the outside. It has a lot of standard features plus inside/ outside stereo/ porch lights/ illuminated outside steps/ convertible couch that lays into a bed/ dining table that will convert to a bed/ queen size bed in the front as well as a full size bunk on the bottom in the rear and a cot size bunk on the top. Plenty of storage both inside and underneath. 4 like new tires as well as a spare mounted on the rear bumper. It has ducted central a/c and heat. It has an Atwood 6 gallon Hot water heater that is electric or gas, Norcold Fridge, Electric or gas with an automatic switch, High point microwave and an Atwood 3 burner stove with oven. There are places marked to mount TV's in the bedroom and the dining room but no TV's and or mounts are included. It is pre-wired for cable. Everything works as it should. I just had the roof resealed for winter. We have been using it this summer and no issues. Really still smells and looks new inside. Excellent start up camper for the money. We are getting a bigger one so no need for 2. It has no slides on either side. It has plenty of storage through out and it loaded with other JAYCO options. The fender well on the passenger side was missing when I got it and there was no awning on it and there was some kind of white residue all over the passenger side.I got it all off except for a slight amount in the R/F corner. There were some minor places repaired on the roof and the antenna has some dents on the uprights .I have shown pictures of this for your reference.Not sure if that had anything to do with the "R" title but as I said we had used it over the summer with no issues. It was previously titled in NJ according to the Clear transferable Pa. title.
