24' SunnyBrook 2406 model. Very clean, newer awning, newer roof vents, roof resealed 2 years ago. Never any leaks, just well kept up. Tires are 2 years old, very good tread on them. Inside has queen bed, couch, dinette, full bathroom and kitchen, with plenty of storage. Sleeps 6. This unit is ready for camping. You don't find them any nicer for it's age.
