This is a Model 298RLS (31' with rear living room and huge picture window). Has super slide, forward bedroom, upgraded woodwork, Fiberglass exterior, ducted 15k btu AC, etc., sleeps 6. Many upgrades and extras to also include items such as wheel chocks, hoses, propane stand-alone gas grill with extra bottles, ground cover mat, extra inflatable air mattresses, tableware, dishes, septic system chemicals, adapter for 110v, generator adapter, 50 AMP adapter, extension cords, leveling blocks, etc. EXCELLENT condition. Completely smoke free, has always been stored inside when not in use, has never been hailed on. Has a custom tow hitch on rear, welded into frame, for pulling small trailer for golf cart, motorcycle, etc. Hitch stabilizer / equalizer is a 4-point bar system (not chains), which allows for extremely easy towing in even windy conditions. 2011 Forest River Tracer , This trailer is new, it has never been used. It was bought new off of the show room floor, pulled 100 miles, and has set since. This trailer is rated as "mini van towable". I pulled it home with a Honda Odessy handicap van. The reason for non-use is medical, and I've finally decided to sell it. $14,000.00
