Nice compact travel trailer with awning. Unit is equipped with a/c,heat,fridge,stove,shower,toilet, Dinette that makes double bed with bunk above, 2 separate bunks. Could sleep 5 . Water system has been drained and not used for several years as it was not needed for me. Prior to that it all worked. Heat,a/c, and fridge work as they should. New tires in Dec 2015.

Nice solid unit. Bought it new, never smoked in and no pets. 2 slide outs 4 leveling jacks Awning Central air / heat New tires in 2015 Hot water heater Super fan in bathroom Stand up shower Queen bed Bunk house Dinette/bed Sofa/bed Fridge/freezer Microwave Stove/oven Stereo with inside/outside speakers Outside shower 2 outdoor storage compartments Never any major issues with this unit it has served us greatly. Just routine maintance. It is currently winterized and has current inspection. Would allow accessories to go with unit like cords, hoses,leveling blocks, and hitch with weight distribution. Unit was over $30000. New

Great travel trailer. Queen bed. Rear bunks. Dining table/Bed. 2 slides- living area and bunk room. Large bathroom with standup shower. Super fan in bathroom. Interior in very good shape. Never smoked in and no pets. Smooth exterior . some minor decal peeling otherwise its in good shape. Never had any major issues with this trailer only routine maintance. Outdoor awning. Awnings over slides. Outdoor speakers with good indoor sound system. Good indoor and outside storage areas. Water heater Good A/C and heat. Tires replaced in 2015 with about 1000 miles on them Looking to switch to a fifth wheel is the reason for selling. Its a good solid unit in good shape New was in the $30k 's Can be yours for $16,500.
