Awesome trailer seeks happy family! Ready to roll "Lite Series" with one full slide, has everything you need, with ridiculous amounts of storage. In the spacious front kitchen there is a three burner gas stove, oven, new microwave and two basin sink. Kitchen is open to mid living area with jackknife couch and bench table that converts to sleeping area. Fridge and freezer has matching wood panels with oak cabinets. Walk through bathroom has standing corner shower and plenty of storage and hanging locker. In closed queen bedroom are two mirrored hanging lockers and upper cabinets. Flooring is vinyl and carpet, and upholstery is muted green and tan. Comes with stereo speakers, and features such as ducted heating, air conditioner, Flat screen TV, DVD and entertainment system, and water heater. Outside is a large 20' awning, outdoor speakers, power front jack with crank down stabilizers, brace for slide, and hook up for outdoor water and stove. We are selling with everything you need to use today! Includes: towing package with hitch and stabilizers, stabilizing blocks, chocks, slider supports, sewer hose with extension and supporting snake, potable water hose, cable hook up and large patio mat. It is in great condition, but the decals have seen better days. New decals can be ordered, but it was never a priority for us. The attached pictures are from when we bought it from the dealership, but other than decal fade it is essentially the same condition. Priced to account for the following - roof could use sealing in the next couple years, batteries need to be replaced, and sprayer on inside of black tank has a leaking gasket (does NOT affect the integrity of the black tank in any way). The previous owners never used the outdoor kitchen, so it was rusted from neglect when we purchased it. The hook up is there and we have the pieces, including stove, which could be repainted and restored if desired, or just order new stove (or simply use the surface for a portable one.)
