2013 Gulf Stream Visa 19ERD, We bought this trailer new the beginning of summer in 2012 and have traveled only in Michigan: 4 times to Ludington, 1 time to Grand Haven, 2 times to Alpena, 1 time to Harrison, 1 time to Higgins Lake. The trailer pulls very easy with a dry weight of 2,869 lbs., sitting flush with the axle and an aerodynamic profile. We've pulled it with both our 6-cylinder Ford Escape and 6-cylinder Ford Ranger. The Ranger pulls it very easily and the Escape comfortably at 65 mph, but would not feel too comfortable in very hilly terrain or a long extended travel. We can park it hooked to the vehicle in 2 nose to nose parking spots. We love the interior design with the bathroom, queen bedroom and shower being able to close off to the kitchen/dining area making it very spacious and comfortable for a person to change clothes and take a shower. When this door opens, it closes off the bathroom. I'm 6'2" and have plenty of headroom . . . more than ANY trailer we've looked at in this weight/size class. There is a little stitching that has come loose on one of the cushions for the dinette/bed. Other than that, everything still looks new besides a blemished propane cover lid which I've ordered a replacement for and will arrive July 1. The black water gauge got stuck once, but I got it unstuck by filling the tank with ice before leaving on a trip. The trailer has been stored in our shed barn and properly winterized. The tires look new. It has an air conditioner and antenna on the roof and TV in dinning area. 19ERD Specifications: Aluminum Wheels 1 Axle Rear Tire (Full Spec) 14 Inch Electric Drum Brake Length (ft/m) 22.92 / 7 Width (in/mm) 90 / 2286 Height (in/mm) 118 / 2997.2 Interior Height (in/mm) 83 / 2108.2 Length (ft/ft) 22 Length (ft/in) 11 Dry Weight (lbs/kg) 2847 / 1291.4 Payload Capacity (lbs/kgs) 1233 / 559.3 GVWR (lbs/kgs) 4120 / 1868.8 Hitch Weight (lbs/kgs) 380 / 172.4 Fresh Water Tank Capacity (gal/l) 28 / 106 Gray Water Tank Capacity (gal/l) 30 / 113.6 Black Water Tank Capacity (gal/l) 30 / 113.6 Propane Tanks 2 Total Propane Tank Capacity (gal/lbs) 9.4 / 40 Aluminum Body Fiberglass Sidewall Construction Front Manual / Rear Manual Leveling Jack Roof Vents Propane Tank Cover Battery Cover Pass-Thru Storage Fresh Water Holding Tank Gauge Gray Water Holding Tank Gauge Black Water Holding Tank Gauge Propane Tank Gauge Heater Type Automatic Water Heater Tank Capacity (g/l) 6 / 22.7 Water Heater Pump Power Mode Propane Water Heater Tank Bypass Battery ConverterAmps 55 Air Conditioning Cable Prewiring Heater TV Antenna Exterior Plugs Ground Fault Plugs Interior Wood Finish Hitch Lights Exterior Flood Lights Mid-size Refrigerator & Freezer Electric/Propane Microwave 2 Burner Stove Exhaust Fan Kitchen Sink Bathroom Sink Toilet Mirror Cabinet.
