We are selling a lightly used, very well maintained, almost new Forrest River, Tracer 240AIR BH. -Everything is in pristine condition. We bought it New last fall. -Never smoked in, no odors, no issues. -It has the 4 season package with extra insulation and a gas furnace with an adjustable thermostat. We have camped very comfortably in temperatures well below freezing. -The queen sized bed is comfortable, the dining room table converts into a full sized bed, and it has twin bunks in the rear for extra people or extra storage. -It also comes with sway bars, heavy-duty hitch, and Primus IQ trailer brakes. -And it has a flat screen TV, fully functional awning, slide, a shower and tub, kitchen sink and bath sink, 3 burner stove, conventional oven and microwave oven, lots of storage inside and out, and all of the water/waste/electrical connections. It pulls very comfortably behind our Dodge Durango RT. We had a blast with it and were planning on keeping it for years but now have new jobs and no time.
