Awesome trailer. Bought it a year ago, to take my fiance and myself across the country from sacramento to virginia. interior is beautiful. I think the previous owner only took it out a handful of times. Rides very nicely, and has two powered swingouts. The exterior is in pretty good shape. The powered awning is a little off, and the screen door (the one on the inside), needs a new latch, but we didn't mind at all.

This is a very, very good condition 2306 , lovingly cared for, light weight, highly utilitarian trailer with the highly desired Murphy Bed and couch option. See pictures. It is the same as Flagstaff Micro Lite 23LB model. The very comfortable couch folds down, and the queen Murphy bed folds down for bed time. The comfortable couch seats 3 and the dinette seats 4. Believe me, you really want a couch to allow the interior to be enjoyed. The Murphy bed is a queen and there are two singles in a bunk, but the trailer can sleep 5 total when dinette is set up as a bed. The trailer is perfect for a younger family, and ideal for a family of 4 with two younger kids or even three kids. If you have never had a travel trailer before and are nervous, don't worry, I will be more than happy to spend hours with you to explain everything, and you can record it. I want you to not only enjoy the trailer, but to take good care of it as I have. I love this trailer and it has given me and my family very fond memories.Dry weight is 3779 lbs so with the included propane tanks, deep-cycle battery, and the various accessories included, it should be around 4000 lbs. Hence, you do not need a truck and can tow with even a mid-size SUV with a V6 and minimum tow capacity of 4500 or higher. This trailer is being sold with all of the accessories you need including tanks, battery, Equal-i-zer sway control hitch, water hoses, sewer hoses/connection, electrical cord and extension, tester, receiver in the back for bike rack, wheel chocks, leveling ramp, etc...Everything you need to go camping. Some of the built-ins include large awning, large elect/propane refrig., LCD TV, DVD/CD/Stereo, Oven, stove top, double sink, outdoor shower (absolutely a must have), microwave, AC, furnace heater, hot water heater, side mountable grill, etc. 36 gal Fresh water tank, 30 gal grey water tank, 30 gal black water tank. Presently stored in a secure, RV storage/service center in Woodbridge, VA, and can arrange your viewing.
