So we are selling our beloved trailer a 2014 Open Range Light LT308BHS bunkhouse travel trailer. We bought it new Nov 2013 and love spending time camping with it. We love all the fun we have and want to upgrade to a larger fifth wheel so we continue to create memories for our family. Trailer is in excellent condition. We treat it as part of the family. Like everything that gets used it does have a few minor scratches on exterior and couple little marks on doors inside. Otherwise it looks and works like new. We have no pets or smokers. All systems work. Below are the upgrades we ordered for this trailer. Trailer is stored at Indian Cove Campground and is covered during the winter months (Jan-Mar) All other months we are camping. Trailer has about 7000 miles on tires. Rotated every year, and wheel bearings were cleaned and repacked in 2015. Just passed inspection. Many pictures were taken August 2016 during and after trip to Myrtle Beach. Interior Pictures were taken after cleaning it from top to bottom. Trailer has treated us well and we would love to hand it off to the next family to continue making memories. I will consider throwing in the 12K Equalizer hitch and DuPont cover for it as well Trailer is Apprx 320 sq ft with 3 slides Front bedroom is full queen bed; bunkroom has 3 bunks and jack knife sofa that fold out for a total of four beds. Living room has the U-shape lounge, which also folds out to a full size airbed. Living room has two small tables (1 shown in pic) Big things you will find with Open Range trailers are high class finishing’s. Trim throughout the trailer adds that extra touch. Also has a 2nd A/C ducted in front bedroom, electric jacks, and fiberglass front cap. All which give it a better look and easy set-up and operations. Main A/C is a 15k and 2nd is 13.5 so you have 28.5k cooling. Will keep trailer at 70 in 90+ heat Items we have added. Electric fireplace in living room. Outside TV, additional crank down jacks in center of trailer, 3 grey max air vent covers, two 6 volt golf cart batteries vice single 12v, 6 fishing pole aluminum rod holder on back of trailer, 1 1/4" receiver hitch on rear with cargo tray, power inverter to run outdoor fridge and TV, Mounts for TV in bunkroom and bedroom. It has a super slide out in the main living area which includes a U-Shape dinette and a hide-a-bed sleeper sofa that both make into beds for extra sleeping room. {Air Mattress Hide-A-Bed!} Very nice Kitchen and counter tops, a 3 burner stove top, oven, microwave oven, with exhaust hood, a double sink with matching covers, and a double door refer! It has a nice entertainment center with and LCD TV and AM/FM/CD/DVD/MP3 Player w/ surround speakers.The bathroom has a sink/vanity with a mirrored medicine cabinet, an adult shower with a tub surround, a 2nd entry door, and a foot flush toilet! In the rear is a huge bunk room!! It has a slide out with a jack knifer sleeper sofa on the bottom and a standard bunk over the top, across from that is a nice wardrobe with another bunk over top allowing this 318BHS to sleep a small army!!This is very clean, Never Smoked in, well maintained travel trailer. It has aluminum framed sidewalls, fronts and backs with the fiberglass exterior. This RV has a huge outside kitchen with a 2 burner stove, a mini refer, a sink and several cabinets!! It has a power awning, 4 power stabilizer jacks, a power tongue jack, it had a black framed tinted safety glass windows, a 6 gallon gas/electric DSI hot water heater, front pass through storage, black tank flush, 30 lb LP tanks with a cover and a spare tire with a carrier and cover. We do have a 3 year extended warranty that may be transferable.
