This beautiful 40 foot camper was purchased brand new by us and is in like new condition. It features a front queen size bedroom with a ceiling fan, built in closets and dresser and has under the bed storage. It has a back bunk house with 2 bunk beds, a trundle bed, built in closet and drawers as well as a table that converts to another bed. The spacious living area has a ceiling fan, a table with 4 chairs, a couch that pulls out to an aero bed, an electric fireplace, a wall mounted flat screen TV and sliding glass doors. The kitchen features a full size fridge, apartment size stove and an over range microwave. It has lots of storage and counter space, with an eating area with 2 stools. The bathroom has a toilet, sink with cabinet storage, mirrored medicine cabinet, stand up shower and a large closet with washer/dryer hook-ups. High ceilings, 3 slides, light colors and lots of windows make the camper feel bigger than it really is. The camper has propane heat as well as electric heat from the fireplace. The hot water heater can be run on propane or electric. I have all of the original owners manuals. The camper is currently located on a large, desirable end/corner site at Roberts Knoll Campground in Alton, NH. The campground has many amenities and is for seasonal campers only. The campground is only 5 minutes from Roberts Cove, a private boat launch on Lake Winnipesaukee as well as 15 minutes from Alton Bay. If purchased on its current site, the camper will come with a deck, screen room and Rubbermaid shed. The campground is currently full, with a waiting list. Please note, the sale is for the camper only and does not include any campground fees. If you wish to keep the camper on its current site, you will need to discuss with the campground owners.
