This 2009 tent trailer is in VERY GOOD condition. I purchased it from the original owners about 6 months ago. They were an older couple that took great care of it as did I. It has always been stored inside, never been smoked in and no pets. The brakes and bearings have just been serviced. This is the second top of the line model for Coleman for this year. This unit was manufactured by Fleetwood. Fleetwood is considered a upper end of manufacturing. I looked at many trailers prior to purchasing this one and I can tell you they put this together using quality parts. I have resealed the shower and tightened everything. Also, this trailer has absolutely no leaks. Don't take my word for it though, let the trailer speak for itself.
