Dry weight: 2818 pounds. Clipper 17BH is a bunk house model. It has one full bed, two bunks, and the table area makes into bed. It is a self contained travel trailer with bathroom, toilet, tub and shower. Full kitchen with 2 burner gas stove with lighted range hood above the stove, microwave. 3 cu ft refrigerator, which runs on propane or electric. Deep maple cabinetry. Mini blinds, a monitor panel to determine gray and black water status. HDTV Cable hook up, LP/Carbon Monoxide Detector, fire extinguisher. 6 gal DSI water heater for nice warm shower. Nicely positioned lighting and electric outlets. More storage than I've seen in any other travel trailer. 13,500 BTU Air conditioning, 20,000 BTU furnace. It is Zamp ready for a solar panel. This unit is very lightly used. The interior is clean and undamaged. We made one trip to Arizona, and one trip to Pennsylvania. It is in near new condition. Exterior Diamond Plate Front Wall Protector. It has exterior awning over entrance. We are including: 2 inch ball hitch, Reese sway bar, full tank propane gas, water hose, side mirrors for towing vehicle. An allowance of $300.00 will be made for replacement of the front mattress, which we have removed: size 54 inches x 74 inches (full size). Unit tows very easily with compact pick up or large SUV.
