This is a like new 2016 Timber Ridge Travel Trailer that came with all the extras. It was a showroom model and has electric jacks, awning and slideouts with a remote. We bought a very nice queen mattress for it. Why pay retail when you can save thousands on a like new one? We paid around 33,000 a few months ago. We also purchased the extended warranty that would cost another couple thousand and the fancy weight distribution for around $700.00!! We were offered $25,000 to trade it in but we would like to sell it. Asking 25,500 OBOWe need to upgrade to a larger model. That is the only reason we are selling it. It has such a warm homey feel!! 2014 Travel trailer sport, this is a light trailer we easily pull it with our 1/2 ton Suburban. There is a queen bed in the front and bunks in the rear; one is a twin (top) and the bottom is a double. The couch and the dinette also fold into beds. We are including the waterproof/weather proof cover as well. We also added in an actual queen mattress, slide awning and the sway bar and stabilizers and hitch. This has been an amazing trailer - we just upgraded. Unit weights are pictured in the pictures.
