This is a one-owner RV that has been professionally maintained yearly as the owner has a Warranty Forever policy that requires yearly inspection and has been done every August. The items inspected are as follows.
Inspect the roof and seal where necessary.
Inspect axles and hub, lube where necessary.
Inspect furnace - clean blower and combustion chamber, control compartment (remove dust, lint, and obstructions) as necessary, and test for gas line leaks.
Inspect the water heater - flush the holding tank, manually operate the pressure-temperature relief valve, and clean the burner tube (as outlined by the manufacturer) as necessary.
