The unit shows well both inside and out. There were no odors detected and the upholstery looks good. Outside looks like there were two factory repairs performed beneath two windows in the gel coat. A new PVC roof was installed in October of 2023! Within the last two years, a second A/C unit was installed, and the following items were replaced by the owner (who was a prior certified RV repair technician): water pump, omnidirectional TV antenna, furnace control board, control panel, and memory foam mattress for the queen bed. The front cap had some prior water damage, which the current owner repaired, but left the interior wall unfinished so that its next owners could customize it to their liking. There was also some leaking from the screws for the awning rails, which resulted in a small soft spot in the bedroom floor and some bubbling in the wall (see pics). Since the roof and awning rails were repaired, there have been no leaks or further water damage. The tires are original, with a tire date code of 3914.
