There are 3 15,00 BTU A/C units with heat pumps and a Hydro-Hot heating system. The original tires were replaced with top of the line Michelins in 2012. All batteries were replaced in 2014. All maintenance records are available. There is a Girard power awning along with a door and slide out awnings. The basement has slide out trays and side hinged cargo doors. The kitchen has a full size, side by side GE Profile Refrigerator w/ ice maker, replaced Sharp convection/microwave, Fisher Paykel dishwasher, two burner cooktop, central vac and granite counters tops. The living room has two leather sofas that covert to sleeping areas and a 43" plasma home theater with surround sound, dvd/stereo, and 24" overhead flat screen. Valve for black water would not fully seal and would drip once filled with water. Replaced valve and cleaned tray in sewer compartemnt.
