Model is DS12, and this was the top of the line Travel Supreme fifth wheel (best model they made) with a triple rear axle, two entrance doors, and 3 slide outs. Fully self contained, full kitchen/bathroom, queen bedroom, loft bed, LCD TV, and rear gate/ramp. Sleeps up to 4 in total. New Tires.
