Only one owner and has been stored in garage when not in use. 3 Slide outs with smooth fiberglass exterior and enclosed underbelly which includes incredible amount of storage.Many upgrades including: triple axle, new tires, gas/electric water heater, pleated day/night shades throughout, all tinted windows, washer/dryer prep, 2 new Gell batteries, electric heat pump, new hardwood floors installed in living room and kitchen, ice maker w/in freezer, queen size pillow top mattress (not a camper mattress), both living and bedroom have 32" in LCD/HD flat screen TV, satellite system w/ auto seek, basement wired for additional outdoor TV, custom built shoe shelves in closet, minimum use of stove, new convection/microwave oven, lift top cocktail table, queen size sofa sleeper only used a handful of times and 2 recliners. Is fully equipped for winters and keeps you cool in the summer heat of South Carolina. Has computer desk area w/ overhead storage convenient for work or connecting w/ family. The porcelain commode is a separate room with door and additional sprayer. Great for privacy. The roof has been resealed this year.This unit has been diligently taken care of and extremely clean. Brochure features & options state all that it has. If there was an option to get...we got it. We even had interior carpet installed (blue) that we found instead of the beige.
