OUR UNIT: It is a Special 50th Anniversary Edition with added touches and all the accessories. Leisure Travel refers to it in their sales brochure as a 2015.5. It is in mint condition! Seven months factory warranty remaining. We are non smokers. FEATURES: It includes special rheostat controlled lighting, seating that converts to a dinette, 160 watt solar panel that keeps the batteries charged when not plugged in, several USB plugs for your electronic devices, night-time power for sleep apnea machines, inverter, stabilizer jacks, two-piece rear ladder, the wonderful macerator, LP 3.6 watt Onan generator, two rain/heat sensing fans (perfect for pets left behind while hiking/shopping), sunroof with heat shield and bug screen, lighted electric awning, outside electric plug, a quick connect to the 15 gallon propane tank for outside grilling, a 15,000 BTU low profile ducted AC unit with heat pump, a 16,000 BTU ducted furnace, a special "pick-up kit" for easy winterizing, exterior shower for sandy feet or pets that need rinsing, water filtration system (new filter when you buy), six Alcoa Dura Bright Aluminum wheels (a $2,730 option) for improved tire wear and less vibration, stereo speakers that I had wired to the flat screen TV, DVD, CD, Bluetooth, USB with HDMI, two-door three-way 6.7 cu/ft refrigerator/freezer, murphy bed (60 x 74) with residential mattress, Corian countertops, ceramic flush toilet with sprayer, and a large corner shower with curved glass doors with a skylight above. TRAVEL: This unit is perfect for travel. We averaged 16.5 mpg. We drive it everywhere. No car!ADDITIONAL FEATURES: I added thermostatically controlled heaters to all three tanks (fresh water, gray water and black water) to prevent freezing. We've had nighttime temperatures of 18F without trouble. I added the GearSpace 34 to the rear of the vehicle. It is waterproof and terrific. The GearSpace 34 has four wheels that lower down so that it can be removed from the vehicle. However, if you don't want it, I will reduce the purchase price by $1,500. I'd love to keep it. MAINTENANCE: Tires have been rotated every 5,000 miles. Onan generator has had break-in oil removed and new oil added (25hrs). All maintenance records are yours to review. DELIVERY: Our coach will be ready for you to pick up. It will have a starter kit: a new 25ft water hose, secondary water filter, toilet paper, and set of black water chemicals that I have used with great success...and no formaldehyde. STORAGE: When not in use, my unit is stored in an underground commercial cave the size of a small city. PURCHASE: If you buy my Leisure Travel 50th Anniversary Edition 25 foot Unity with slide-out and Murphy bed, I will hand you a check for $500 to help with your travel expenses to Kansas City. WHY ARE WE SELLING: We are interested in the Leisure Travel 2017 Unity Murphy Bed. We are willing to take on the hassle of adding special equipment and waiting 10 months for delivery.
