2002 Trailmanor 2720SD folding trailer for sale! Tows as a low-profile, 20 foot trailer, and opens up to a roomy 27 feet. Tons of storage and nice floorplan with queen bed and dinette that converts to a bed. Weighs about 3,000 lbs, so can be towed with many SUVs, minivans, etc.We are the third owners of this unit, and the original owner used it only a few times but kept meticulous records. Log of his first few trips is included, plus manuals for every piece of equipment. The second owners only used it a handful of times, and so did we, so very low mileage on this Trailmanor. It's been well-loved, but not so well-traveled!We put new tires on it in September 2015, and replaced the battery in 2013 (when we bought the trailer). We also added a MaxxAir-type vent cover, and the carpets have been recently cleaned.Dry bathroom has sink, toilet, and shower/tub. Lots of counter space in kitchen and has 3-burner range plus an oven. This unit includes the standard 2720SD features (a/c, heater, fan in bathroom, fan at stove, large wardrobe, stereo w/CD, dinette, queen bed, etc) plus these options:--dresser--hanging cabinet--TV shelf--swingaway hitch (which allows it to be stored in a garage)--anti-sway barsNo problems with a/c, heater, fridge, oven/range, fans, etc. Everything is clean and operational!
