2000 Trailmanor 3023 , I bought this April 26 of this year (2014) and towed it behind my 1995 V6 Nissan truck. I have fixed everything I can find wrong which includes a new battery, new brakes, drums and bearings, 120 volt water heater element was shorted, brand new spare tire and a lot of odds and ends. I have a spare set of wheel bearings and even bought a brand new hydraulic bottle jack. Sorry but I am not including a lug wrench. The tires are date coded 33rd week of 2010 so they are good for a while and have excellent tread. Everything works and it is ready for a trip. Included is a Reese weight distributing hitch. I do have a RV cover but it does need a little repair. Come over and I will demo everything and prove it works; the refrigerator is three way Propane, 12 volts and 120 volts. The water heater is Propane or 120 volts. The furnace is a combination of 12 volts and propane. There is an on demand water pump also 12 volts and the self contained toilet is 12 volts. There is an antenna on the roof and I also ran a cable inside the water heater access area to connect to RV cable TV access. Again everything works! We took it from Atlanta to Austin Texas this year and it towed fine. And we have enjoyed owning it. We are only selling it because we bought a new Chevrolet Tahoe and want a bigger trailer. $7,500.00
