This is the type of RV everyone wants to buy, the type where the owner purchased it used and spent a year fixing and upgrading everything. I have spent about 100 hours replacing and fixing any and everything that remotely needed upgrading or renewing--and I've had it out twice--crazy. Now I'm buying a new home and would like to liquidate some of my toys.One thing that is important for buyers of the Trailmanor to know is that there is no room for a black water holding tank. The toilet that comes on them is a recirculating type. I didn't understand what that meant but actually it is a toilet that is really like a black water holding tank inside your trailer. When the toilet is full, one has to hook up a regular hose to the connection on the outside of the trailer and empty it into the sewer connection. While standard chemicals are used to handle the smell, the contents inside the toilet are still open to the air inside the trailer--something I couldn't handle. So I came up with a solution. I installed a top of the line dometic rv porcelain toilet and have a regular valve and connection outside and simply hook it up to a portable dump tank and add the chemicals to the tank. When you're ready to leave-- I have a fifteen gallon tank but you can buy up to a forty gallon if you wish--simply disconnect the portable tank and empty it in the sewer tap--no nasty smelling chemicals and sewage in the trailer.This trailer is designed to fold up similar to a tent camper but with solid top and sides. The whole trailer is made of layers of aluminum with a ridgid insulating foam between--extremely strong and highly insulated. It has never been smoked in. Easy to set up.Folded it is 19 feet long and about 6ft tall--has a swing away hitch for fitting it in a garage. It has two full size beds and fold out table that can be made into a double bed.Folded it is 19 feet long and about 6ft tall. Set up it is 26 feet long with two full size beds and the table becomes a double bed, so sleeps 6. It weighs about 2700 lbs. and is extremely easy to tow.
