2011 Trailmanor Elkmont , Very light! Trailer weighs just under 3000 lbs. High tech construction. All premium components. Includes: A/C, Awning, Am/Fm/CD, two flats screen HD TVs, Queen Bed w/ storage under, wardrobes and drawers in bedroom, sliding privacy door, blinds, closet, Dinette, Fantastic Fan, electric tongue jack, gas/electric hot water heater, double door Norcold refrigerator, stabilizer jacks, oven, microwave, sofa, tub/shower, aluminum wheels, LED tail lights, hitch receiver for bike rack, all wood cabinetry, lots of storage, pass through exterior storage plus large exterior compartment, outside shower, twin 30 gallon propane tanks w/ automatic crossover, premium fabrics, paneling and floor covering, stove fan hood. No wood. No rot! Larger TV includes a DVD player. There's also a load leveling hitch, although I didn't really need it pulling with a Tundra with the small 4.6 V8. It's been a dream to pull and to back into sites. I have a friend with the 24' model and he pulls his easily with a 6 cylinder truck. Any half ton will handle it easily, as will a larger SUV.
