It is a completely hard sided trailer that folds down for towing to a small box, similar to a tent trailer. It is 23' long when folded and ready for towing. Then it folds out to a spacious 30' trailer! It is amazing how big this trailer is when it is set up for camping. It only take my wife and I about 5 10 minutes to set everything up! And it can be towed with ton vehicles (dry weight around 2,600 lbs), which is a huge plus considering you end up with a 30' trailer! There are 2 queen beds and the couch folds out as another small bed. This trailer is in good condition and everything works perfectly. We use it a couple of times a year but not enough to warrant keeping it.
