It sleeps four people and has a full bath, stove with an oven and many other features. This model is basically the same as the 2015 model 2720 which sells for over $32,000. The factory installed options include front window with shutter, hanging kitchen cabinet, roof air conditioner, 11 roll out encased awning and a CD/MP3/WMA AM/FM Pioneer Stereo with 2 speakers. TrailManor's unique travel trailer design gives you the easy towing of a tent camper, plus features you'd expect to find only in travel trailers costing a lot more. The light weight makes TrailManor one of the easiest and safest travel trailers to tow, plus you get better gas mileage then you would for a regular trailer. We have towed it with a 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan with a 6 cylinder 3.3 liter engine and gotten 15 miles per gallon. Since we will not be camping also included are: a weight distribution hitch with sway bar, 2 water hoses, water filter with brass connector, 20 feet of sewer hose with connectors, a supply of toilet chemical, 2 propane bottles that are full, a 110 volt adapter for use with a standard outlet, a 110 volt 4 prong to 3 prong adapter, two wheel chocks, an outdoor mat and a waterproof storage tarp. These supplies and equipment are valued over $700 We have used it for a total of three weeks. It has been stored in a secure area and is in like new condition. We are non-smokers. 2010 Trailmanor 2720sl , The engineering on this unit is amazing. It pulls like a pop up and sleeps like a 27' camper. Check out the Utube videos (setting up the TrailManor 2720 travel trailer ) and (TMU1302) 2010 Traillmanor to see how easy it is to set one up and to see one the same year as this one, without some of the upgrades. Measures 20' 3" for towing and 27' open, 67.25" height closed and 101.5 " open, 6'4" headroom, UVM 3027. It is currently being pulled by a 1/2 ton pickup but can be pulled by an SUV. Standard features: bathroom with shower, lots of cabinet space, gas stove and oven, large sink with prep space, large wardrobe, electric/propane heater, air conditioner, carbon monoxide detector, screens in windows. Extra features: swing hitch (so it fits easily into a garage), electric hitch, awning, low profile air conditioner, upgraded windows and window treatments, upgraded floor (vinyl that looks like hardwood), TV antenna, radio CD player.
