This is a great little RV that's been totally remodelled on the inside as of March 2014. The outside is rough and in need of a paint job. The price reflects the condition of the exterior. There's been about $6000 put into the RV. Bought this to travel and climb in the west. Can't climb anymore due to a shoulder injury and now I need to sell it. No AC in the cab. AC in the living area works but the RV must be running or plugged into shore power as it draws too much electricity to run off the solar. Hot water tank needs to be replaced. Left water in it and which froze and then cracked the tank. I can replace for $250. Or you can do it. No cruise control. Not a big deal for me and I looked into getting it fixed and for $750 I think most people can live without it. Floor is soft in some places where there's been high traffic. The foam under the plywood underflooring has compressed. The exterior needs paint. Some windows need resealing. There's some rot under the door but the door is still weather tight.
