Like new, 5th wheel toy hauler. This unit has been lightly used and in perfect condition. 3 slides, 2 electric awnings and 1 manual awning for the rear deck. 2 a/c units with ducting to the garage. Master has king bed, huge closet and tv. Main bathroom has large shower with glass doors. Main living/kitchen has large bar with bar stools, 4 door side by side fridge/freezer. Built in microwave, 3 burner stove and oven. Leather sofa turns into queen bed. Additional leather recliner in living room. Also in main living area is an extra large loft bed with cable outlet and vent. Lots of storage in kitchen and living area. Large pantry. Garage has leather sofas and queen bunk bed. Garage also has a half bath with separate gray water tank. Washer/dryer connections. Stereo with outside speakers and large tv. The carpet for the garage has never been used (still wrapped in plastic). Generator with remote start. Outside fueling station and tank that have never been used. Outside shower, 2 propane tanks, built in winterizing connections and black tank flush system. Trailer has full transferable warranty through Oct 2018.
