FSC2800 front bedroom toy hauler with 6ft. couch slide out. Going to downsize now that the kids are out of the house. This trailer has been constantly used and maintained/ upgraded, it has not been left to rot. It needs nothing. Here's the details. 28' with 6'slide for the couch, sleeps 8 people. 7,500 lbs dry, 150 gl. fresh water tank. 50 gl. gray/ 50 gl black holding tanks. 4 All new Heavy duty E rated tires with "run flat" (tire slime) installed bought new June 2016. A never been used new spare tire bought May 2016. 2 deep cycle 6 volt batteries bought in Oct. 2014. New Awning, new roof vents and gaskets (heavy duty 7 yr".) Large fridge and separate freezer, propane or electric. 2 7.5 gl propane tanks. 3 burner stove, oven microwave. Onan generator, AC, AM/FM radio / CD player. Rear screen enclosure. Fully Loaded Gearbox toyhauler. Original owner-non smokers. Super clean inside and out! Always waxed, covered, and stored on private property in Orange County CA. Every option available at the time was installed. Front bedroom with pillow top queen mattress. Onan 5500 generator with less than 200 hours. Bathroom with shower/tub combination. Dual fuel cells 18g and 32g and fuel station. Ice cold AC even when its 120 degrees outside. All four tires less than one year old. Upgraded dual swivel/rocking chairs. Dual electric queen size bunks-bottom bunk turns into a couch. Carpet kit has never been rolled out until today. Three burner stove with regular propane oven. Microwave with turntable. Pre-plumbed propane BBQ. Plumbed air compressor. Out side shower. Outside plumbed hose/pressure washer. High intensity remote controlled beacon light mounted to the roof. Never used rear screen door system for when the tailgate is lowered. Two large propane tanks. Will throw in all cookware, utensils, silverware, hoses, hitch with leveling/stabilizing equipment etc etc for a no hassle sale.
