I have a 2003 Alfa toyhauler for sale, 39 feet long with two slide outs. It has great things about it and flaws. Great things include a washer/dryer, fairly new hot water heater, new awning, roof coated with the best stuff one year ago, no roof leaks. I had the brakes and bearings done in December 2022 and had it hauled here to Ramona from Gilroy, over 450 miles, with no problems. It is registered and has a clean pink slip. It comes with supports for the nose and large slide out room. I had stabilizer jacks installed all the way around. Flaws include minor cosmetic damage. I will point out the flaws to you as I know them. I lived in it for 10 years. I am including many items such as a gooseneck adapter, skirting all the way around (used and worn in some places but it helps keep it warmer in the winter), a 36 gallon near-new black water tote, 3 7 gallon propane tanks, an air conditioner that works, and more. I am also including a window air conditioner that I bought in 2022 that works with a 30 amp hookup as the air conditioner in the basement needs a 50 amp hookup. It has a gas tank to run a generator but someone removed the generator before I purchased it. It has 4 solar panels on the roof and comes with an inverter plus a spare inverter. I removed the bed and night stands and had a loft bed installed in the nose with shelves underneath. The platform to access the loft bed doubles as a chair so that I could sit under the loft and use the area underneath as an "office." It has a satellite dish that works. Everything works, the hot water heater and frig run on propane or electricity. I had the water pump installed a few months ago. I am including a brand new never used portable water softener for which I paid around $400.
