This is a garage model it has no couches or tables in the garage there is a walk around queen bed in the front and a queen bed above the garage. everything works well and it is very clean . there is no fuel storage but it has a 100 gal water tank and is equipped with a outside shower as well as the full bath inside. The kitchen is nice with stove, microwave, fridge with top freezer it has roof air and forced air heat,built in stereo with speakers in all rooms with switches to turn them on or off.There is also exterior speakers as well as lighting. the inside dimension's of the garage are 8 ft wide by 12 ft long .Keep in mind there is no seating in this unit but there is plenty of room in the garage for fold out furniture. it also has a new rv battery and two full tanks of propane . tires are 50%
