It is loaded to include the rear patio deck with railing, two leather recliner chairs, dinning table, a Cummins Onan 5.5 generator, electric queen bunk in the garage, 100 gallon fresh water tank, two 30lb LP tanks and two fuel tanks (one for the generator and one for toys with fuel pump), 21' electric awning with LED light strip and Sony touchscreen sound system with four speakers inside and two outside.
