Perfect Dune ready 5th wheel. This is my baby and is in very good condition. New 10 year rubberized roof. No leaks, New tires 1 year old. I fit my funco big 5 in this trailer. It is a steal and the cheapest way to go to the dunes turn key. Cold air conditioning, led lights, dual 6v batteries. cold double door fridge, 3 burner stove, microwave, heater, all works. 748 hour on generator but regularly serviced and works great. Professional gas fill station. Nice stereo and speakers. Flip up master bed for more storage underneath and a Sealy's mattress. Reese 5th wheel hitch included. This is a desert ready package. Just add your toy and go.
