This 42'7" unit sleeps 7-9 people. My family used it for one year while we traveled with 4 of our children. The fifth wheel has a 6 point automated leveling system with 3 slide outs. The generator is a 5500 ONAN and only used about 25 total hours with most of that for regular monthly maintenance. There are three slide-out awnings with two of them automated. The main living area has a fireplace/heater with 6 recliners. There are FOUR TV's with one being an outside unit. The fifth wheel has THREE A/C UNITS and a furnace. The rear area has retractable beds from the ceiling with the lower bed converting into an eating area with a stowable table. As full timers, we added memory foam mattresses to the loft and rear sleeping areas for our children. The rear door folds out and down to create a picnic area or ramp for your recreational vehicles. There is also overhead storage in the rear area. There are TWO gasolines FUEL TANKS with a refueling pump. The kitchen has a 4 door 12 CF REFRIDGERATOR and double sided sink with quartz countertops. The stove has three burners with an above the stove convection microwave. The kitchen also has a bar with one bar stool and the rear area has an extra lounge chair. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed that is hinged for additional storage plus two nightstands and two closets. The unit also comes with CENTRAL VACUUM and a pass through storage underneath the unit. Fresh water capacity is 160 gallons. Grey water capacity is 116 gallons and black water total capacity is 96 gallons via two tanks. There are also two 40 gallon propane tanks.. One owner. Smoke-free.
