This camper is like new, I bought this new in Ohio to use while relocating to Myrtle Beach SC and ended up using it for less than 3 months, it was only used by my wife and I, no kids, It can sleep 8, has queen bed up front, and 2 queen beds in garage, couch and dining table convert into beds as well, lots of storage, kitchen has stainless steel sink in island, large refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, also has electric fireplace, central heating/air, 4 tv hookups, surround sound stereo with dvd/cd outside speakers, corner shower with glass doors. Outside has outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, stove, sink and gas hook up for grill, power awnings with led lighting. This camper has 3 slides with toppers, and is a tri-axle, tows like a dream only weighs 9800lbs. 3/4 ton is all you need Nada is wrong on this camper it shows it only has 2 slides and 2 axles. Actual length is 39'11" also has fuel station with electric pump. A rear ramp door with spring assist allows easy entry to the 10' of cargo/garage space. Overhead cabinets are mounted above the door that enters the living space of this fifth wheel. There is also a side man door. You may choose optional electric bed(s) and/or a pass-thru dinette in the garage area. As you enter the living space, there is wide open floor space thanks to a slide out that has recliner seating with overhead cabinets. Across, you will find the kitchen which includes a corner countertop with angled double kitchen sink, corner overhead cabinets, a three burner range and a refrigerator. A coat closet is just to the right of the front entry door. Next to the closet you will find an entertainment center that is sure to be enjoyed by all. Step up to a side aisle bathroom featuring a toilet, sink, medicine cabinet, linen storage and angled corner shower. The front of the XLR Nitro 29UDQL5 offers a private bedroom with a slide out. It includes a queen size bed with nightstands at each side. A slide out includes two closets with a dresser between them. Outside, you will find super pass-through storage for all of your camping gear.

BUYER BEWARE-There are a lot of things needed for your first camping trip that the Camper Sales Company won’t tell you about. This camper comes fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your weekend getaway in luxury! Matching color scheme throughout with teal and navy. Items included were purchased brand new for this camper including every hook up you will ever need, down to temper pedic pillows. Pay close attention to the details of this listing as this has many many more items then a normal setup.If your specifically looking for a 5th wheel toy hauler, this has the best setup/floor plan on the market. I will point out the specific points, that may be small but big when it comes to a toy hauler that caught our eye after 6 months of research.1. 12ft garage over standard 10-11ft2. Half bath in garage does not cut into your garage space, like most other half bath in toy haulers.3. Main bath has the tub/shower combo-Not only is this bigger then normal, it sinks down just slightly about 1-2' and has an overhead moon roof, where most campers and rv is a much smaller space you step up into and feels more closed in and if your tall like me, your head hits to roof, not in this one.4. Full pantry (double door) and over-sized fridge for normal campers w/ walk around bar.- Most campers have much less space on pantry and smaller fridges, then it's closed in on the layout where only one person can stand in the kitchen, you can have 2-3 around the bar and even 2 sitting on the opposite side.5. Hydrolic auto level system-Some have this but pay close attention, it might only be the front or back, not the whole thing, we payed an xtra $3k for this and you literally hit one button and it does everything for you.6. Fully loaded and I mean fully!!!-No one tells you at camper stores or even private sellers on the countless things you need and have to have camping and then all the things you will see you want/need after your first trip. Don't be duped!!! This is a house on wheels, so when you think about what you need in a house you will need here and it will cost thousands$$$, this camper has literally everything down to games and outside chairs, so pay attention to add.7. King Bed-Most only have queen or even full in the master.Email or call for full list.8.
