Upgraded with five 16 inch aluminum wheels with BF Goodrich LT commercial TA tires. No crappy Chinese trailer tires. Entire wheel well area reworked to stop any chance of water damage before used. 6249 lbs empty with useful load of 3679 lbs. Added baggage door to access storage area under bed. Added gas line to run propane accessories. LED lighting under awning and along bottom of trailer. Two tvs, one in living area and one in bedroom.
