Heartland Cyclone 3210 Fifth wheel toy hauler with 2 slides for $27500 You will see several of these for sale, but I guarantee that none of them will be in better condition. This RV has been meticulously maintained and stored under cover since it was purchased brand new by us 7 years ago. It is cleaned inside and out after every trip and is immaculate because we take our shoes off at the door. We installed LED interior lights, two 6 volt batteries in addition to the standard 12 volt battery (3 total), and it also holds 80 gallons of fresh water, so it is very comfortable even when dry camping. It can comfortably sleep 8 people, with a queen bed, an overhead queen loft, the dinette turns into a bed, and it has 2 bunks that come down in the garage (the bottom bunk being a happyjack sofa), plus an extra cushion left from the bottom bunk before the sofa. We had a professional cabinetmaker rebuild the dinette to have 2 full length drawers for extra storage, improve the ladder to the overhead bunk so that it didn’t kill your feet, add a railing to the queen bunk, add an extra cabinet above the door, put in additional shelving in the master closet, and install cabinet doors on a couple openings that didn’t come with them. One of our kids slept in the queen bunk and the other slept in the garage, so they each had their own bedrooms. We have a carpet that we put down in the garage after getting out the toys. The RV itself is 33 feet long including 10 feet of garage space. We used the garage to haul 4 motorbikes and 4 bicycles, plus occasionally wagons, or other random kid toys. There was never a shortage of space. The generator (5500 Onan) is run every couple months just to ensure it is always in good shape. One of the compartments is a pass-through and is huge. Our family loves how big and spacious and comfortable this 5th wheel is and it was not our plan to give it up so soon, but we also ski and after a lot of deliberation we have decided to get a motorhome to handle icy winter roads with more confidence.
