Many upgrades including slide toppers, 72-inch smart TV, 30-inch smart TV in the bedroom, new custom skirting, cabinets & hardware upgrades.
There are new tires (2020) with only 2500 miles, wheel covers, and blackout curtains in the garage & master bedroom. Also, a 2nd A/C was installed in the master bedroom in 2021.
There is a new seven cubic-foot residential fridge, & the garage has washer/dryer connections. The seller added additional custom fold-down island extensions added in 2021, which allows for more prepping/serving space in the kitchen.
The seller advises the unit is very clean, NEVER a smoker & no pets.
Please note:
- this doesn't have the double bunks, the queen top electric bed is there but the seller removed the Happijack system for a regular full sleeper sofa.
- Also the master bedroom King mattress has been removed and is not included. There is a queen mattress for it.
- A leak was just found in the toy hauler section, under a window on the driver side when being towed. One of the windows apparently had broken with the previous owner, then was repaired, and it either wasn't sealed properly or degraded over time.
The current owner just found out about this during recent buyer inspection (Feb), but it has not been repaired yet.
The unit is still priced accordingly under book and the seller still has a small bit of wiggle room for interested buyers.
Reason for selling is downsizing.
