This is a 1997 Titan Gooseneck Trailer. We have owned it for 4 years and bought it from the original owner. This trailer includes a water heater, 2 burner gas stove, walk through door from living to horse quarters, rear tack room, rear loading lights shower and sink. It does not have holding tanks for water. It does have an A/C unit that sits on the floor inside and is vented outside. There is working 9 and 12 volt outlets throughout the trailer along with a radio. There is a little surface rust but very good condition for a 1997! The water heater does have some trouble staying lit, however where we have camped we have never needed to use it. Lights need minimal work on the outside as a couple of them are not working. Tires, brakes and wheel barrings were replaced in August of 2016 and it has been pulled about 25 miles since that time. Currently being kept indoors through the winter months. Selling to downgrade as we now have young kids and are only taking day trips
