For the age of this 2009 Phaeton, it has been kept in great condition. Four house batteries were put in 2021; the tires are about five years old. This owner has all of the maintenance records and has kept up on fixing anything wrong. The last time that was taken out was in October 2023. There is a crack in the reservoir on the coolant, and the Pitman Arm is leaking. He did install two brand new Coleman Mach 8 AC units.
