Excellent condition, no pets or smokers. This 2010 Tiffin Motor home is like new and Tiffin is one of the top lines of motor homes. Very reliable, with 39,500 miles. Coach has always been garaged inside.We also had a special paint and furniture protection put on the interior and exterior, call Trident. $2,000 treatment. See info in pictures. Automatic leveling legs, ford V10, 2 tvs, side and rear view cameras, tire pressure monitoring system,full body paint, lots of interior and exterior storage. Everything mechnically in excellent working condition. Has steering stabalizer, tow hitch, queen size bed, 2 air conditioners, 1 heat unit and LED lighting throughout the coach. 5k generator, propane stove/oven/hotwater heat, stand up shower. Coach has always been serviced and maintained by Tiffin certified dealer. Recently installed a brand new awning with an added a led lighting strip under the awning.
