TPMS , new wipers new air filter ,annual maintenance just completed , very good maintenance on this bus , stored under cover . Clean , no smoking or pets spent a week at Tiffin Service Center last year getting any recalls done , service , and upgrades .Great bus, ready for a new one.

We have been to state parks, national forest campgrounds, KOAs, Disney World, other private campgrounds and WalMart parking lot. This is a perfect motor home to use as a base for exploring and site seeing or just plunking down and enjoying an extended stay at a campground In the main living area there are leather driver and passenger Captains chairs that swivel to face the rear, a leather recliner and ottoman, a three cushion leather sofa that converts to a queen bed, a dinette that seats 4 that converts to a small sleeping area, three burner stove, oven, convection microwave, electric/gas refrigerator, lots of storage and two televisions Further aft there are the bathroom with a commode, medicine cabinet, and vanity with storage beneath it. Outside the bathroom is another vanity with storage and next to it a very nice sized shower. In the rear is a queen bed with storage underneath, storage next to the bed, overhead storage, a four door lighted wardrobe for hanging clothes, four drawers under the wardrobe, a dirty clothes hamper, and a 32 inch TV There are two 13,500 ducted air conditioners. Two propane 30,000 btu furnaces Rear camera, left and right cameras. Drivers side door with power window. The power window is really nice at toll booths. Power seats. Adjustable steering wheel. Transmission has Tow Mode which can be used similar to diesel exhaust brake. Way good for interstate mountain down hills This motor home has very nice small features from Tiffin that are normally in the higher prices motor homes. Most all interior lighting is LED. The basement storage compartments have lights. Fresh water and waste water setup is set up so one can close the compartment door completely. There is a built in black water tank cleaner. Both waste and shore power compartments have gaskets where hose and electric cable exits compartment We purchased lots of equipment and accessories for safety and to enhance travel Front steering stabilizer, emergency reflective triangles and flares, Astroturf dirt scuffer rugs, adjustable entry stool for front door, huge outside patio rug, I made 2 x 2 plywood pads for under the leveling jacks (musts for grass site), 20 to 30 amp shore power cable adapter, 30 to 50 amp shore power adapter, extra waste water hose, and more $85,000.00
