I purchased this coach with 15K miles and now have 26K on it. It's in perfect condition with 4 slides, a king sized bed with a new mattress. I didn't care for the memory foam so bought a new Sears kingsized mattress this last summer. The tires are Michelin's and show literally no wear from mileage of sun damage. There are two bathrooms a full sized off the master bedroom with a full shower and vanity. The interior couch is a leather foldout which sleeps two. There is an electric fireplace with a remote. The other features are standard for this model. The storage unit has two full slide-outs for easy storage. I'm currently in the Bay Area near San Francisco and will have the unit there until April unless I sell it first. I originally traded a 2005 Gulfstream Atrium for it and paid a cash amount of $205K. I'm selling it because I'm planning on buying a couple of rental homes for investments. I'd like to keep it but retirement is near. I'm selling this coach for less than others I've seen on this site for a quick sale. I have the pink slip for it and want to do a cash sale.

This coach is immaculate - only 23,800 miles and well maintained. Recent maintenance last fallwith an oil change. Since it's low mileage no new transmission fluid was required. All slides work perfectly. It has 3 air conditioner/heater units which are in great working order. It has a new water heater, which was installed because the original water heater was defective. All hoses are fine. I had the coach winterized prior to winter to avoid any problems, as I live in the mountains of northern Colorado. I bought a separate BBQ unit which can be used outside, but one could custom mount it on one of the slides if desired. It has a fold out couch for two adults with a mattress which has an air pump. The original unit had a memory foam mattress which I found unsuitable so it was replaced with a new high end king size mattress from Sears. All glass is in great condition, including the windshield. The original coach was equipped with an electric fireplace with remote, a leather recliner, and separate kitchen chairs at the table. The couch is leather also.
