2005 Tiffin Motorhomes Phaeton 40 QDH, Sunlit sand full body paint. Well maintained non-smoker & pet free. Refrigerator has been replaced with a stainless steel residential electric Whirlpool 18 cubic foot with icemaker and separate water filter. This is a huge advantage over the older propane "fire hazard" types that are becoming obsolete in the newer RV's. Upgraded with LED lights throughout. Huge amounts of storage - There are 35 solid natural maple cabinet doors and 8 drawers in main living area!! Newer TVs and Antenna and King Dome Satelite Dish, also has a 5 player CD/DVD player that includes surround sound system. New Kitchen Faucet and 2 stage Water Filter at the sink. BRAND NEW A/C WITH HEAT PUMP! Custom made window and tire screens block out 95% of UV Rays. The Splendide Washer Dryer Combo Central Vacuum, Convection Microwave Before we parked it for the summer, we had a lube, oil and filter performed and the mechanical inspection passed of all critical components. The mechanic stated that the (air) brakes were like new. We also replaced the Windshield Wiper Blades. The rear tires are brand new, and the front tires have less than 4000 miles on them. All 6 batteries were replaced last year. Upon following the recommendations during one of the many inspections from our factory trained mechanics, the dual radiators were steam cleaned about 4,000 miles ago, and a better designed "burp tube" was installed to prevent future clogging of the radiator, The Onan Diesel 7500 watt generator only has 225 hours. The Windshield has had 4 small stone chips that were professionally repaired. The Hadley air horns work perfectly but are pitted, and we have better ones that could be installed, but we did not want to disturb the rooftop factory caulking that is in perfect condition. The fabric for the door Awning could be ready for replacement. The clearcoat at the roofline bullnose is starting to peel. We are the 2nd owners of this motorhome, and it was originally titled in Florida. We may be willing to discuss delivery of this motorhome for documented fuel costs to anywhere in North America. $79,000.00
