This coach is in fantastic condition, the roof has been treated every year since owned and the front end looks like new without all the bug and stone issues. Just been a great coach since we owned it from new. Just getting the itch for a 44 foot pheaton with all the traveling we do. This has the bath and a half, washer dryer and King bed. I got tired of looking either to the front of back of the living area to watch tv so I added a lift Flat panel LED TV behind the driver side couch which you cant see when its down. I also added a power rectractable cord reel which came from tiffin. Has a 380 cumins that uses DEF which I find easy to use.
