It is a 1 owner coach. It has been lived in full time since it was bought. Only 30,000 original miles, runs great. It's a great coach, It was set up to dry camp with 2 large solar panels, fiberglass roof (no leaks), and 2000w triplite smart power inverter that runs both TV's. It has a kingdome sat, built in surround sound DVD system, power awning (new fabric), just replaced the refrigerator cooling unit, been running full synthetic oil to keep the engine like new. Tires need replacing, they are about $4000.00 for all 6 at a local shop. Tiffin really makes a great product, I'm 6'2" and walk inside never hitting my head unless in the shower (I rubb the ceiling a little, unless in the skylight).
